Thanks about the speakers. I've been moving them around. Still getting everything dialed in.

Thanks for getting back w/ your response. Audioquest cabling was my 1st step into better cabling, now I've gone backwards in this regard. I'm sure you know that spreading you speakers out bit more and having the front baffle of the speakers in front of the audio rack would improve soundstage presentation.

We have a Stickley sofa and the rocker I refinished is a 1930s arts and crafts rocker which was my grandmothers.

Thanks MJCMT. This is a larger room over the garage. It has three window dormers with large windows. Lots of light. We love it. The cables are older AudioQuest King Cobra XLRs between the  MCD550 and the MA5300. The turntable uses is a Cardas Iridium phono interconnect. The speakers cables are AudioQuest Type 5 8ft with banana jacks. Power cords are Maze Audio reference Viborg 4ft 10 Ga. I'm using a Shunyata Research Venom PS8 for power conditioning and protection. For more intimate listening I have a set of Audeze LCD-2 headphones.

The record holder is sold walnut and was a gift from my wife. The mission cd holder is an older piece I've had for years. We also have several pieces of original Stickley furniture around the house.

It sounds like you're ready to build a nice setup yourself. Hopefully you'll be able to post some pictures soon if you haven't already.

Thanks again for all the kind words.

Studying your system in more detail. It's so great. I'm dreaming of a MA5300 for my Klipsch Forte I.
The equipment rack is also wonderful. What cabling are you using?

I love your record holder for recently played vinyl, and also noticed your oak mission bookshelf...beautiful. I love mission and we own a few pieces splattered around in our townhome. (I just refinished an antique mission rocker and I'm in the process of retrofitting an oak mission cabinet for my record collection. Soon they will be in our listening room.)

Your listening space looks very cool. A larger wide angle photo showing more of the room is in order for you virtual system.

This is one very fine piece of kit. There's nothing to find fault with, just great music reproduction.
